寺田 鉄平 Teppei Terada
1975年愛知県瀬戸市赤津地区の窯元に生まれる。1998年東京造形大学彫刻科を卒業。2006年「朝日陶芸展」入選。2011年「第13回 東京・ニューヨーク姉妹都市交流陶芸コンテスト」佳作（ニューヨーク）。2021・2024年日本橋三越本店、2025年ジェイアール名古屋タカシマヤ他、多数個展を開催。
Born in 1975 to a family of potters in Seto, Aichi, he graduated from the sculpture department of Tokyo Zokei University in 1998. He received an honorable mention in the 13th Tokyo-New York Friendship Ceramic Art Competition (New York) in 2011 and has held numerous solo exhibitions.

自身の日本酒好きが高じ楽しい酒器が作りたいと、鳥や動物を模した酒注を制作するようになりました。
この度はエスパシオ ナゴヤキャッスルの特別な酒席のために、古来、吉兆を知らせるとされる四霊をモチーフにした、龍酒注・麒麟酒注・霊亀酒注・鳳凰酒注を制作いたしました。吉祥をもたらす霊獣が、酒席に華やぎと物語を添えてくれることを願っております。
Since my love of sake led me to want to create drinking vessels that were fun to use, I began making sake pitchers modeled after birds and animals. I created the sake pitchers based on the four auspicious holy beasts for a special sake event at Espacio Nagoya Castle, hoping they would add color and topics of conversation to the event.
