管懐賓 Guan Huaibin
グァン・ファイビン／中国美術学院教授。神戸ビエンナーレなど国際的な展覧会に多数参加し、横浜美術館､マカオ芸術博物館などで個展を開催。中国のインスタレーションアートにおいて、古典的な造園美学や建築、絵画の中の美学概念と言語方式に関する試みを行うことに力を入れて注目されてきた。
A professor at the China Academy of Art, he has participated in many international exhibitions and held various solo exhibitions. In the context of Chinese installation art, he is known for experimenting with aesthetic concepts and the linguistic methods found in classical Asian landscaping.

鳳凰の軽やかな舞姿と優美なリズムは、「雲天」の柔らかで高遠な瑞祥と織り合わされ、作品は鳳凰の舞う空間を平面のレリーフから広大な空へと広げています。作品の表面に映る光と影の変化を通じて、鳳凰自身の華美絢爛さと、流光溢彩に舞い上がる様子、リズム感に富んだ瞬間を表現したいという思いで制作しました。
作品はまるで、広々とした雲の中でひらひらと舞い、ひらひらとひらひらと霊が動き、瑞祥の境地に満ちているようであり、また私たちに詩的な想像を与えてくれるでしょう。
The graceful dance of the phoenix and its elegant rhythms are interwoven into the soft, lofty auspicious atmosphere of a cloudy sky, expanding the space in which the phoenix dances from a flat relief to a vast space. Through the changes in light and shadow on the surface of this work, I sought to express the phoenix’s own splendor, its radiant and dazzling flight, and the rhythmic moments of its dance. In this work, the phoenix flutters among the vastness of the clouds and sky to stir our poetic imagination.
